Paul Hall & Associates was built on a simple promise: to provide security and peace of mind in times of loss or uncertainty. In that same spirit, Paul created the PHA Foundation with a heart to serve others in meaningful ways, especially during times of need. Our mission reflects that vision: “Helping You Help Others.”

Through the years, this mission has come to life through programs that invest in people and their futures, including our After First Year Scholarship Program, Overseas Missionary Experience, Statewide Expand Your Horizon Program, Educator Program, and other local sponsorships and initiatives. These efforts remain a vital part of the Foundation’s purpose and impact.

Paul was incredibly generous and deeply passionate about his community, especially its children. One of his dreams was to build a playground for families to gather, grow, and create memories together. After his unexpected passing in 2023, the PHA Foundation and Paul’s family came together to make that dream a reality.

Today, we invite you to be part of continuing both of these legacies. Your support not only helps bring the community playground to life, including its future growth and upkeep, but also sustains the scholarship and grant programs that have impacted lives for years.
